« Staff was excellent. Had to ask for towels each night we visited the pool & hot tub room. Unclear why that wasn’t planned better given it was ski season and everyone heads there at the end of the day. The breakfast area, which may / may not be included with your room was very poorly staffed and the food was disappointing »

We did not get this information from Expedia and we were unable to connect with Expedia on my phone because of poor service in the area. The local woman who answered the phone was very helpful and the room is just what we expected. »
